the food was great with a delicious wood-fired pizza choice. breakfast lacked sufficient options.

The unit we got was perfect and reasonably spacious with outstanding views, the sofa bed, for example. The location was great and beautiful, close to Lac de Tignes Lake. The staff was good and we would stay here again.

The room I booked was spotlessly clean and heated with a balcony, a south facing mountain view and lovely warm showers as expected. The staff were obliging and good all of the time.

We had a ventilator in our room, made unbearable noise, which disrupted our sleep each night. Despite our complaints, the issue remained unresolved, impacting our comfort significantly. There was a distinct smell of food in our room, which lingered due to inadequate housekeeping , leaving us disappointed with the service.

Great food and friendly staff

The food was excellent, especially the three-course meals every night. We even had the chance to enjoy a lovely vegetarian option when I was feeling off-color about the main offering.

It wasn't exactly cheap but the quality and experience made it acceptable.

The very nice view from the balcony enhanced the experience. The room was comfortable, and the common area provided a well-thought-out space to unwind, though it could have been more accessible. Unfortunately, restaurant services were lacking, with frequent shortages of basic items, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Despite the friendly staff and the great location near amenities, the inconsistencies in service and food left room for improvement.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with very nice views from the balcony, made my stay lovely, complemented by a well-equipped common area perfect.

The treats from local eateries like Niurou Steakhouse are a real culinary delight, straight from the heart of Tignes! The staff in the restaurant are a breath of fresh mountain air-warm and cute. Plus, there's access to a lovely spa that offers a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The room was a cozy double with a nice balcony and a comfy seating area. We enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the sauna and hot tub after a long day of skiing. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions.

The room was small with a glass screen separating the toilet. Plus, we got woken up by the bin lorries outside. No tea-making facilities or hooks for ski gear were a letdown, and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The view from the lake view room was nice though. It was cozy but had a few drawbacks that impacted the stay.

Had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the cozy room with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. The three-course dinner was always impressive! The spa was a treat, with a sauna and a relaxing lounge area to unwind after a long day on the slopes. Just a heads up, breakfast could run low on options if you sleep in, but honestly, I’d definitely recommend this place! 🏔️

Great ski storage and friendly staff. But the bathroom flooded .

This place has comfortable beds and a great layout that is perfect for holidays, plus it's conveniently close to Geneva airport.

Would definitely come back there for skiing, liked this place. Hotel looks fairly clean and is ideal. - All the rooms are beautifully decorated and good-sized for storage of ski equipment. - the staff is knowledgeable. - the breakfasts are wide ranging and savory with hot options.

The hotel is gorgeous and fantastic. Units offer a south-facing mountain view. Breakfast had lots of gorgeous food. Excellent customer service was provided.
